Montréal food-truck management platform
A custom municipal system for locations, schedules, registrations, confirmations and operational coordination.
Municipal operations, street food and custom technology
A management and allocation system created for a new municipal food-truck program operating in constant change.

CC&Co worked with the Ville de Montréal and Streetfood Quest on the management and integration of street food in Montréal. The mandate included research, strategic planning, platform design, development and operational management for a custom system allocating food trucks to authorized locations.
The city could manage available locations and special events, while food-truck operators could plan, register and confirm their outings. The platform adapted to regulation, truck availability, location constraints and large events. CC&Co, Streetfood Quest and Questology managed the system across three summer seasons. The Ville de Montréal is also connected to Je Vois MTL through a separate project.

A custom municipal system for locations, schedules, registrations, confirmations and operational coordination.

Ongoing operation and adaptation of the system as regulation, events and the food-truck ecosystem evolved.
A separate real-time dashboard and publishing initiative connected to the city, the province and the Palais des congrès.
