The CC&Co team is made up of specialists, people who are genuinely expert in their discipline. We hire for curiosity as much as expertise. The best work happens when a strategist challenges a design decision, when a developer asks a question that reframes the brief, when a writer sees a structural problem in the brand architecture.
Most of us have worked across multiple industries and disciplines. That breadth is intentional; it is what makes the integrated model work.
We work with a core team and a trusted network of specialists who extend our capabilities for specific mandates. Everyone who works on a CC&Co project is held to the same standard, whether they are full-time, part-time or project-based.
