Creating a breakfast restaurant brand system for growth, personality and franchise visibility

CC&Co created the Allô Mon Coco brand universe: logo, visual identity, menus, signage, restaurant graphics, website, social media, vehicle graphics and the franchise communication that kept the identity consistent as the concept grew.

CC&Co created the identity, materials and physical brand system that let Allô Mon Coco move across locations, customer touchpoints and franchise communication.

The challenge

Personality and structure, at franchise scale

A breakfast restaurant brand has practical work to do. The menu has to stay readable at a full table, the space has to feel alive, printed pieces have to survive syrup and coffee, and every location has to look like the same restaurant. Allô Mon Coco needed all of that plus a system that could stretch across new locations without a designer supervising each one.

CC&Co built the brand universe to balance appetite, humour and production reality, then packaged it so franchise growth would strengthen the identity instead of diluting it.

Logo and visual identity

The core identity: a generous, playful visual language with the discipline to work on everything from a napkin to a storefront.

Menu system and table material

Menus, napperons and napkins designed as one family, built to present a large breakfast menu with appetite and clarity while surviving daily service.

Signage and restaurant graphics

Signs, wall graphics, posters and decorative pieces that turned each room into the brand's world rather than a dining space with a logo on the door.

Website and social media

A website that presents the concept and locations clearly, and a social direction recognizable enough that a post reads as Allô Mon Coco before the name appears.

Vehicles, franchise communication and production

Vehicle graphics and wrapping that carried the brand into the street, franchise communication that kept locations consistent, and production-ready files for all of it.

The cardboard animals

The clearest proof of the brand's pull was unplanned: customers started taking the cardboard animal pieces home from the restaurants.

Decorative graphics are usually invisible to guests. These created enough attachment that people wanted to keep them. For a brand system, that is the reaction you design toward: physical objects with enough personality to be noticed, liked and remembered after the meal.

That attachment is what a growing restaurant concept needs. Customers met the brand through a series of objects and moments, the table, the wall, the website, the truck outside, and every one of them belonged to the same world.

Impact

Allô Mon Coco gained a complete, recognizable brand universe across menus, signage, website, social media, vehicles and restaurant graphics, plus the communication material to keep it consistent across locations.

The concept went on to become part of a larger growth story, including its acquisition in 2018. What this project demonstrates is the foundation underneath that trajectory: a restaurant brand people remember, applied with enough structure that growth never broke it. For franchise systems and multi-location food brands, that combination is the whole point.

Frequently asked questions

1.What did CC&Co create for Allô Mon Coco?
